What are ZipCare Protect plans? ZipCare Protect plans are extensive coverage plans for your products. You can either opt for a plan that extends the warranty of your product or one that will secure it in case of physical damage caused by accidents or spillages.
What is the difference between ZipCare Protect Standard and ZipCare Protect Advanced plans? ZipCare Protect Standard and ZipCare Protect Advanced are extended warranty plans that activate after the manufacturer's warranty expires. ZipCare Protect Standard is a co-pay plan in which you will pay only a certain percentage of service costs. On the other hand, ZipCare Protect Advanced is a 100% coverage plan that is entirely cashless.
What is the difference between ZipCare Protect Advanced and ZipCare Protect Damage Advanced plans? ZipCare Protect Advanced plan is an extended warranty plan that extends the coverage on your device once the manufacturer warranty expires. Whereas, ZipCare Protect Damage Advanced plan covers accidental and liquid damage.
When can I buy the ZipCare Protect plans? You can buy the ZipCare Protect Standard and ZipCare Protect Adanced plans with your device or up to 11 months from the date of purchase. However, ZipCare Protect Damage Advanced plan can only be purchased along with the device.

What all products are covered under ZipCare Protect plans? ZipCare Protect plans cover over 40 gadgets and appliances, including smartphones, televisions, washing machines, audio devices, air conditioners, and water purifiers.
What is the validity period of ZipCare Protect plans? The validity period of ZipCare Protect plans for each device differs depending on the plans. While some have a validity of six months, there are also plans with a validity of three years.
Are ZipCare Protect plans available for devices bought online and offline? Yes, ZipCare Protect plans are available for devices bought both online and offline. You can purchase ZipCare plans for any device bought from Croma.com, Tata Neu, or your nearest Croma store. Some ZipCare plans are also available for devices bought elsewhere.
How often can I get my device repaired under a ZipCare Protect plan? You can get your device repaired only one time up to 100% of your invoice value under the ZipCare Protect Damage plans. Under all other plans, you can get your device repaired unlimited times up to the invoice value.
Are ZipCare Protect plans refundable and transferable? Yes, ZipCare Protect plans are refundable as per the chosen plan's terms and conditions. ZipCare Protect Advanced plans can be transferred within the manufacturer's warranty period, but only under special circumstances. Please refer to the plan details to know more.
