Xiaomi Watch S4 announced with up to 15 days of battery life

Besides the flagship Xiaomi 15 series, the brand has also announced some new wearables. Standout among them is the Xiaomi Watch S4. The wearable comes only months after the company announced the Watch S4 Sport version for fitness enthusiasts in China. Here’s everything you need to know about the new Xiaomi smartwatch. 

Xiaomi Watch S4 key features, specifications

The Xiaomi Watch S4 comes with a 1.43-inch AMOLED display. However, users get a degree of personalisation with interchangeable bezels and a newly equipped rotating crown. The smartwatch gets an aluminium alloy build with a high-gloss brush texture for a premium look and feel.

The Watch S4 operates with the newly launched HyperOS 2, and the brand has equipped it with over 150 sports modes. Some of these include hiking, skiing, diving, ball games, as well as dancing. Apart from this, it also comes with a self-developed heart-rate algorithm that the brand claims can bring up the accuracy to a whopping 98 per cent.

Next up, the smartwatch comes with a built-in dual-frequency, five-satellite positioning for GPS tracking. The watch works with a snap-finger gesture operation and also has an AI route planning. Lastly, the brand claims that the Xiaomi Watch S4 can last up to 15 days on a single charge.

Xiaomi Watch S4: Price and availability

The Xiaomi Watch S4 comes in black, silver, black rainbow (braided), as well as a brown leather strap option. It offers various other leather and silicon-coloured straps as well.

The watch is available in two versions, the e-SIM version with the leather strap costs CNY 1,199 (roughly Rs 11,370) and the Bluetooth version comes at CNY 999 (roughly 9,090).
