Smartphones today come with a considerable battery capacity, but everyone requires additional backup every now and then. Fortunately, power banks have gone from being an eyesore with bulky build to flaunting sleek form factors.
But with wireless charging technology gradually taking the forefront, brands, too, are looking at smarter ways to bring this to your devices. Urbn, one such homegrown consumer label, has recently added a lineup of magnetic, wireless power banks — or MagTags — for both Android phones and iPhones alike. Here’s what you need to know about them.
Urbn MagTag power banks: What's there to know?
Urbn MagTags come in 5,000 and 10,000mAh capacity options. The company also claims that they can charge your device from zero to 50 per cent in only 30 minutes. The power banks will easily latch onto iPhones directly. Android devices that support wireless charging, meanwhile, can use the bundled Mag Ring to tether the accessory.
