Step 1: Log into Google My Maps on your desktop or laptop and click on Create a New Map

Step 2: In the search bar, you can type the destination or add the co-ordinates for the exact address

Step 3: You can either add them in a line or create layers to have multiple days on your itinerary

Step 4: Based on your preference, you can change the icon and colour of your location pin to distinguish better between them 

Step 5: You also have several tools to measure the distance between two pins and add driving directions 

Step 6: Now, you can preview your route and see what it looks like before you share it with your friends and travel buddies
