Tecno Spark 30C 5G is an affordable smartphone with 120Hz display for smooth visuals

Tecno has launched a new entry-level smartphone in the Indian market. The device dubbed, Tecno Spark 30C 5G, comes with a fresh design and new colours. Some of the highlights of the smartphone include a 120Hz high refresh rate display, dual cameras, and a MediaTek Dimensity chipset.

The Tecno Spark 30C 5G features a 6.67-inch Dot-In display, which is nothing but a punch-hole panel. The screen has an HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate support. Similar to some of the other Tecno phones, this one also supports the Dynamic Port feature that enables an iPhone-like pill at the top.

In terms of the optics, the device has two cameras on the back, a 48MP Sony IMX582 main lens and an auxiliary lens. It has a single camera on the front. The rear camera on the device can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps.

Powering the handset is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. It also has a microSD card slot for additional storage, as well as RAM expansion feature, with which, you can get up to 8GB of total RAM on your phone.

As for the battery, the device houses a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. The device also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for added security. It also has an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance. There’s also an IR blaster for controlling your home appliances.

Tecno Spark 30C 5G is priced at 9,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. The 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant costs Rs 10,499. However, buyers can purchase it at a discount of Rs 1,000 with bank offers, taking the final starting price down to Rs 8,999.
