Sony’s Pulse series of audio products has not been on the market very long, but make for some great audio choices for your PlayStation 5, or PlayStation 5 Slim. These offer latency-free sound, and also happen to match the black and white aesthetic (with blue accents of course) of the PS5 series.
Now, the latest in the series brings some new features, and extends support to all PC gamers out there. Here’s all you need to know.
Sony PlayStation Pulse Elite Wireless
The Sony Pulse Elite Wireless is the first. The wireless headphones offer latency-free sound thanks to a PlayStation Link USB adapter. This adapter can be plugged into your PS5, but also a PC or a Mac. So, the headphones can be used with a gaming laptop, a desktop, or even your MacBook.

The headphones also feature up to 30 hours of battery life, fast charging, and a retractable microphone. With dual device connectivity, the headphones can also use Bluetooth to pair to a second device simultaneously.
Sony PlayStation Pulse Explore
The PlayStation Pulse Explore is a pair of TWS earphones that bring the same design language to a compact TWS avatar, complete with a slide-out case that is heavily inspired by the PlayStation’s design.
The earbuds also feature AI-powered noise rejection, dual-device connectivity, and support the PlayStation Portal. The earbuds also support the PlayStation Link USB adapter.
Both the earbuds obviously also support PlayStation Link, the fast proprietary pairing tech that allows these devices to seamlessly connect with a PS5 console.
Sony is making both the Pulse Elite Wireless and the Pulse Explore available later this week, on October 11th. The PlayStation Pulse Elite Wireless is priced at Rs 12,990, while the Pulse explore TWS earbuds are priced at Rs 18,990. For that price, you can also consider other TWS earbuds like the new AirPods 4 which sport ANC without silicone tips.
