As we head closer to summer, the season for new leaks is almost here. From details on the Nothing Phone (2a) to the next iPhone, we are starting to hear a lot more about plenty of upcoming smartphones. The latest of these is a fresh look at some leaked details of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6.

With the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 not very old, it is a surprise that we already have our first leak of a successor. Here’s everything we know so far about the phone.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 leaks: What we know so far?

The new leaks on X (previously Twitter) suggest that the phone will not come with an S Pen slot, like the older foldables in the series. This means the Galaxy S24 Ultra will for now, be the only Samsung phone with an S-pen slot.

Further, the leaks suggest that the phone will come with a wider body, with sharper edges, similar to those on the Galaxy S24 series. The device will also reportedly feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

Other features include a 4,600mAh battery, three cameras on the back of the phone, three colour variants, and a thinner 11mm body.

The leaks also suggest the phone will pack a titanium body, similar to the iPhone 15 Pro series and the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. This will also help the device be lighter than other foldables in the series.

A better outer display

One of the best parts of the OnePlus Open was the 20:9 aspect ratio of the outer display, which made it possible for users to use the phone just like a regular phone when they wanted to. Now, a separate new leak suggests that the next Samsung foldable would also do the same.

As per another leak on X, the outer display on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 is likely to be a 20:9 ratio, which the tipster says has become a “Standard” outer screen ratio. The leak also adds that the rear camera setup on the phone will include 50MP+10MP+12MP cameras.

Of course, do keep in mind that these are just leaks, and that you should take this information with a grain of salt until Samsung confirms the same. We are still months away from the launch of Samsung’s next Z-series phones, and plenty could change between now and then.
