Samsung Galaxy S21 FE users can soon enjoy the Android 14-based One UI 6 update

It’s been about two months since Samsung first announced its highly awaited Android 14-based One UI 6 update. However, though it has been a while, there are still questions on the minds of many, of whether their phones will receive the update, especially those who happen to use older models of Samsung’s Galaxy smartphones.

Well, while the update is still being rolled out for other users gradually, users of S-series devices can rejoice, as the update has also been made available for the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. The update has started to roll out for the device in the US and Europe and is expected to make its way to users worldwide, including those on our shores, very soon.

How to update your Samsung Galaxy S21 FE to One UI 6

To check whether the update has arrived for your Galaxy S21 FE yet, head to the settings app on your device, scroll down, and find an option that says “Software update”. From there, hit the option that says “Download and Install”. Should your device have received the update, it should appear on the screen there. From there, all you have to do is follow the on-screen prompts to install the update.

Other devices that will receive the One UI 6 update

Samsung is releasing the One UI 6 update to a majority of its premium offerings, including the Samsung Galaxy S20, S21, S22 and S23 series, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 and Flip5, Fold and Flip4, the Fold and Flip3, as well as the Galaxy Z Flip and Flip 5G, and the Note 20 series.

In addition to this, several devices in its budget A and M-series line-up will also receive the One UI 6 update.
