Samsung Bespoke double-door refrigerators launched in India to jazz up your space

A refrigerator happens to be one of those essentials that one simply cannot compromise on. No matter the kind, one simply cannot imagine life without refrigerators. Their basic function is to keep one’s food and drinks cold and fresh.

For far too long, refrigerators have been considered more of a necessity than a luxury. However, it is important for one’s space to be as appealing to the eye, as it is functional. Bearing the same in mind, Samsung has just unveiled its Bespoke range of double-door refrigerators.

Samsung Bespoke double-door refrigerators launched

Samsung’s Bespoke range of double-door refrigerators are available with capacities ranging from 236-litres to 465-litres. Equipped with a 5-in-1 convertible feature, these refrigerators have five modes – Normal, Seasonal, Extra Fridge, Vacation, and Home Alone.

‘Normal’ mode keeps the refrigerator and freezer sections on, while the ‘Seasonal’ mode keeps only the refrigerator on, and the freezer off. On the other hand, ‘Vacation’ mode keeps only the freezer on, while the ‘Extra Fridge’ mode converts the freezer into a refrigerator, keeping both sections on. The ‘Home Alone’ mode, converts the freezer into a fridge and turns the main refrigerator section off.

The Bespoke range of double-door refrigerators also comes equipped with Samsung’s Twin Cooling Plus technology, which allows for separate airflow in both the fridge and freezer compartments of the refrigerator, preventing any cross-contamination.

The Optimal Fresh+ drawer in the refrigerators lets users switch between four more modes, to store foods. The ‘Soft Freeze’ mode for example, helps retain the freshness of meat and fish twice as long as normal mode, helping conserve their flavour.

Samsung Bespoke double-door refrigerators pricing and availability

The Samsung Bespoke range of double-door refrigerators will be available in two different sets of designs. The Bespoke Premium Cotta variant is available in two colours – cotta beige and cotta charcoal. The second variant, the Bespoke Glass, will come in clean white, dual-tone pink glass and a clean black glass colour.

The new Samsung Bespoke Premium Cotta models are priced between Rs 30,500 and Rs 42,500, depending on whether one picks the 236-litre, 256-litre, 301-litre or 322-litre capacity models.

The Bespoke Glass variants, on the other hand, are available in 415-litre and 465-litre capacities and are priced at Rs 54,000 and Rs 57,800 for the former and the latter, respectively.

The refrigerators can be purchased from Samsung’s website as well as all other partner retail outlets across the country.
