Realme P1 Speed 5G launched with MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy

Realme launched the new Realme P1 Speed 5G in India. As the name suggests, the device focuses on performance and speed, all thanks to the new MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy 5G chipset.

Some of its other highlights include a 120Hz display, triple cameras, and a big battery with fast charging support. Let’s see the smartphone’s specifications, features, and price.

Realme P1 Speed 5G specifications and features

Realme’s P1 Speed 5G comes with a 6.67-inch OLED display with an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It has a 120Hz refresh rate support and a peak brightness of 2,000 nits. Realme has offered the Rain Smart Touch feature that allows you to easily use your phone even with water droplets on the screen.

The smartphone has a triple-rear camera system with a 50MP main lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and an auxiliary lens. There’s a 16MP camera on the front for clicking selfies. The rear camera is capable of shooting 4K videos at 30fps, whereas, the front camera is limited to 1080p videos at 30fps.

Powering the device is a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy 5G chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It comes with a 6,050mm square stainless steel VC for managing the heat.

As for the battery, packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging via the USB-C port. It also has a 3.5mm audio jack, allowing you to use your wired earphones.

As for connectivity, the smartphone has 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and GPS support. The device also has an in-display fingerprint scanner for added security. What’s more? There’s an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance.

Realme P1 Speed 5G price and availability

The Realme P1 Speed 5G comes at a price tag of Rs 17,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant costs Rs 20,999. However, buyers can get the device for Rs 15,999 and Rs 18,999, respectively, by applying limited coupon discounts.

The smartphone rivals the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite and the CMF Phone 1, both are available in a similar price range and have their own perks.

As for colours, the device comes in Brushed Blue and Textured Titanium shades. It will be available for purchase from October 20 on the Realme official website.
