Realme 13 Pro series, Watch S2 and more launched in India

Realme launched several new products in India this week. This includes new midrange smartphones, a smartwatch and even a pair of TWS earbuds. The highlight of the launch, of course, is the new Realme 13 Pro 5G series, which come with powerful chipsets and great camera hardware.

Here’s everything you need to know about all these new devices, starting with the smartphones.

Realme 13 Pro 5G: What’s new?

The Realme 13 Pro 5G comes with a 6.7-inch OLED display and 120Hz refresh rate. The panel can also go up to 2000nits peak brightness. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, a 5G chipset, along with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.

The phone also comes with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main camera with OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation), along with an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 32MP front camera for selfies and video calls. The phone also allows video capture in up to 4K at 30fps.

The phone lacks NFC, but it comes with connectivity options like 5G, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.2. The phone comes with a 5,200mAh battery, and 45W SuperVOOC fast wired charging.

The Realme 13 Pro 5G is priced starting at Rs 26,999, and is available in Monet Gold, Monet Purple and Emerald Green colours. Another great option at this price if you’re looking for some more style, is the Nothing Phone (2a).

Realme 13 Pro+ 5G: What’s new?

The Realme 13 Pro+ 5G comes with a 6.7-inch, 120Hz OLED display as well, and the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset again. This is again coupled with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.

The camera setup is slightly different. With the Realme 13 Pro+ 5G packing a 50MP Sony LYT-701 main camera and a second Sony LYT-600 periscope camera, both featuring OIS support. There is also an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 32MP front camera for selfies and video calls.

The Realme 13 Pro+ 5G gets the same 5,200mAh battery, but with faster 80W SuperVOOC fast wired charging this time. The phone is priced starting at Rs 32,999, and will be available in Monet Gold and Emerald Green colours, as well as in vegan leather and glossy finishes. Another option at this price is the OnePlus Nord 4 5G.

Other launches

Realme also launched the Realme Watch S2, which comes with a 1.43-inch AMOLED display, a glass cover and a stainless-steel body. The Watch 2 comes with IP68 water and dust resistance, and sports a claimed battery life of up to 20 days on a single charge. It is priced at Rs 4,499 and is available in Metallic Grey, Midnight Black and Ocean Silver.

Lastly, we have the Realme Buds T310. The earbuds come with 46dB active noise cancellation (ANC) and 12.4mm dynamic bass drivers. There is also a 360-degree Spatial Audio Effect and a claimed battery life of 40 hours. The earbuds cost Rs 2,199 and will be available in Monet Purple, Vibrant Black and Agile White colours.
