Portronics Pico 13 portable projector launched with 4K DLP support

Portronics has launched a new projector in India dubbed the Pico 13. Portronics Pico 13 is a smart portable projector that supports up to 4K Ultra HD content for crisp projection quality.

It comes with a 3,500-lumen lamp for bright visuals and has a battery that is said to offer up to three hours of usage. Let’s take a look at the projector’s specifications, features, and pricing.

Portronics Pico 13 key specifications and features

The Portronics Pico 13 smart projector comes in a compact form factor, allowing it to be portable. Despite its size, the projector can offer multiple projection distances, making you feel as if you are carrying a massive TV with you.

For starters, you can get a 20-inch screen if you place it 0.5 metres away from the wall. Placing it 1.8 metres away from the wall will get you a 70-inch screen. If you want a mammoth 120-inch panel, you can place it in a 3-metre range.

The projector has up to 4K Ultra HD support and boasts a 3,500-lumen lamp to offer bright visuals. Further, it comes with features like Auto keystone correction and a focus wheel to offer sharp images. That’s all for the visuals.

As for audio, the projector has a 10W speaker, which is enough for small rooms. However, if you want a louder setup, there’s an AUX port. The projector also supports Bluetooth, allowing you to connect it to large Bluetooth speakers.

Portronics advertises that the projector can offer up to 3 hours of backup, which means you can easily complete a full movie-watching session, unless you plan on watching a Martin Scorsese film.

The projector runs on a slightly older Android 9 operating system and has pre-installed apps like Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ Hotstar. It has an HDMI port, a couple of USB ports, and a Type-C port for charging.

The Portronics Pico 13 smart projector is priced at Rs 31,499, however, it can be purchased for an introductory price of Rs 26,999. It will be available in the online and offline markets.
