American instant camera brand Polaroid has announced its Indian debut. The company, which continues to remain synonymous with instant cameras, has introduced a range of products catering to hobbyists and professionals alike.
Intending to reach out to the younger crowd, the company has introduced cameras with eco-friendly designs and other notable features.
Polaroid comes to India: What's there to know?
The company announced its partnership with Luxury Personified and mentioned its need to cater to a fast-growing photography market in India. The brand additionally stated how it plans to focus on the ‘unique appeal’ of printed photos in today’s times.

Polaroid additionally mentions how its debuting a lineup designed for both professionals and storytellers and will come equipped with the latest features, such as autofocus and double exposure among others. To begin with, the brand will bring four of its cameras for its Indian users.
These include the Polaroid I-2, Polaroid Now Generation 2, Polaroid Go Generation 2, and Polaroid Now Plus Generation 2. However, the company has yet to reveal any other information and product details.
When will Polaroid cameras be available to Indian users?
The company has yet to divulge availability details, and we might just have to wait a little longer to know more about its price range. However, as of today, it has mentioned how the camera lineup will be available across various e-commerce portals in India.
