Carrying your phone’s charger with you everywhere is all well and good. However, finding wall sockets at convenient spots is a different story. Well, this is where power banks step in, albeit with an issue of their own as well. Namely, slow charging speeds. Well, OnePlus is all set to put your charging woes to rest, for it has just announced its new SuperVOOC 100W Super Flash Charging power bank. Here’s all you need to know.
OnePlus SuperVOOC 100W power bank features, key specifications
At a launch event in China, OnePlus, alongside the OnePlus Pad Pro tablet, the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro smartphone, and a new OnePlus Watch 2 model with eSIM support, also unveiled its latest power bank.

OnePlus’ latest power bank has a capacity of 12,000mAh and gets 100W SuperVOOC charging for supported devices. This means it should be able to charge smartphones such as the OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R at least twice over, in little to no time. The company claims that it can charge the newly launched OnePlus Ace 3 Pro, which gets a 6,100mAh battery, from 0 to 70 per cent in just 17 minutes.
That’s not all; the power bank also gets a low-power mode with 45W PD charging, for devices such as your smartwatches and TWS earbuds. It can be activated by double-tapping the button on the power bank. A single tap displays the current power level on it, via a dynamic breathing light. Oh, and speaking of power levels, it can also be charged from 0 to 100 per cent in just 90 minutes as well, using a 45W SuperVOOC adapter.
The device gets one USB Type-A and one USB Type-C port and has a dual-tone design finish. Also, it has as many as 12 layers of safety protection and has mechanisms built-in to prevent overheating, as well as over-charging.
OnePlus SuperVOOC 100W power bank pricing, availability
The new OnePlus SuperVOOC 100W Super Flash Charging power bank is available in Silver Wing White and Green Cloud colourways, and is priced at CNY 299 (Approximately Rs 3,400). Now, bear in mind that it will be available for sale from July 25 onwards, only in China. If and when the power bank will hit the shelves in other international markets, including India, remains unknown for now.
