OnePlus's next Nord series phone is almost here

OnePlus Nord CE 4 set to launch next month with Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, dual cameras

When OnePlus announced the first OnePlus Nord back in July 2020, the Indian smartphone market was introduced to affordable OnePlus smartphones for the first time. However, over the years since, the brand has continued to make its devices even more accessible by offering sub-categories within the Nord series that offer good smartphones for even less.

These are the OnePlus Nord CE and OnePlus Nord CE Lite series, and now, the brand has announced that the next smartphone in these affordable segments is in the pipeline. OnePlus has just confirmed that the OnePlus Nord CE 4 is set for a launch next month on April 1.

OnePlus Nord CE 4: What to expect?

OnePlus has also announced a few specifications of the OnePlus Nord CE 4 ahead of the launch. The phone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, and will come with a dual-rear camera setup along with an LED flash.

The smartphone will also come in two colour options – black and green, although the exact names of the colours have not been revealed just yet.

The phone also appears to have a flat design, with volume rockers on one side and the power button on the other. Unfortunately, there is no alert slider here. That said, the top edge of the phone does seem to have a secondary mic and an IR blaster.

Other details include an AMOLED display and a centre-aligned punch-hole cutout for the front camera. More details around the phone should be made official closer to the launch date of the phone.
