OnePlus Nord 4 leaks reveal new metal design

Earlier this week, OnePlus confirmed the launch date for its newest device, likely to be the OnePlus Nord 4. Based on the teasers by the brand, the phone is expected to pack updated specifications, but also a new metallic design. While OnePlus refrained from giving out any more details around the smartphone’s look, leaks have spilled all over the web.

As per new leaks reported by GSMArena, the OnePlus Nord 4 will come with a dual-tone look on the back, comprising of metallic lower back panel, while the top part surrounding the camera modules looks like glass.

The leak also shows at least three colours – a matte black variant, a silver variant, and a light green variant. While we don’t know how this new design will look in person, one thing is assured – if this is the actual design, the smartphone may be one of those standout-designs in its segment.

OnePlus Nord 4: What we know so far

The OnePlus Nord 4 specifications have not been revealed officially by OnePlus just yet, but leaks have suggested that the Android phone may feature the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset. This could be clubbed with other upper-midrange specifications, like the OnePlus Nord 3.

Like all the phones in the Nord series so far, the OnePlus Nord 4 is likely to also be priced very aggressively and may launch starting at under Rs 30,000.

Note that all the above information is on the basis of leaks and purely speculation based on the previous Nord series phones’ specifications. Official information on the Nord 4 will only be available once OnePlus launches the device, which will happen on July 16.
