Samsung rolled out the Android 15-based One UI 7 beta update this month for the Galaxy S24 series. While the update brings a redesigned UI and new AI features, it also has some new continuity features that makes working across your Samsung Galaxy devices convenient.
The new continuity features include camera continuity, support for more apps other than Samsung Internet and Notes, and the ability to automatically connect to known Wi-Fi networks. Here’s everything you need to know about One UI 7’s continuity features.
Camera continuity
One UI 7 brings camera continuity that allows you to continue working on your photos or documents across your Galaxy devices. This means you can simply click photos or documents on your Galaxy smartphone and continue editing them on your Galaxy tablet or Galaxy Book.
More apps support the continuity feature
The continuity feature on Galaxy devices isn’t new, however, the feature was limited to Samsung Internet and Samsung Notes, allowing you to continue to browse the web or edit notes across your Galaxy devices.

Now, however, One UI 7 has brought support for more apps to support the continuity feature. Unfortunately, Samsung hasn’t revealed the exact apps that will support continuity feature, but we should know more about that soon once the UI reaches its stable version.
Connect to known Wi-Fi networks
Another update that One UI 7 beta brings is the ability to automatically connect to known Wi-Fi networks across your Samsung Galaxy devices. So, if you have previously connected to a Wi-Fi network on your Galaxy phone, you can connect to the same Wi-Fi network on your other Galaxy devices without needing to enter the password again.
That’s all new coming to continuity in One UI 7. These features make the entire Samsung ecosystem experience better. Apart from these, users can still enjoy the seamless copy and paste experience for text, images, or files from your Galaxy phones to your Galaxy Book or tablet.
Since all these features are available in One UI 7 beta, you’ll have to wait for the stable update to try them, which will arrive next year. So, what’s your favourite continuity feature in One UI 7? Do let us know in the comments below.
