Nikon recently announced the Nikon Z6III Full Frame Mirrorless camera in India. The new camera from the brand comes with a 24.5MP sensor and is aimed at both photographers and videographers, adding some interesting specifications and features.
Here’s everything you need to know about the camera including price, features and specifications.
Nikon Z6III: What’s new?
The Nikon Z6III comes with the world’s first partially stacked CMOS sensor, which allows it to auto focus much better than most other cameras in its segment. The camera packs the EXPEED 7 image processing engine, which helps with noise reduction for better photos.

The camera also comes with a -10 EV AF detection range, which offers good performance in low-light conditions. Users can also turn the ISO on the camera up to 64,000 for photos, and 51,200 for videos.
This is clubbed with video recording capabilities at up to 120 frames per second, which the Nikon Z6III can do at 6K, 5.4K and FHD resolutions. In 4K UHD, the Z6III can record non-stop video for up to 125 minutes at 60fps, and professional videographers can also use the 12-bit ProRes HQ and N-RAW formats, which allow for more colour grading options during post-production.
Other features include an 8 stop in-camera Vibration Reduction (VR), and Electronic Vibration Reduction for more stable and shake-free photography and videography, great for those fast-paced moments in sports or nature where quick stability can be an issue.
The Nikon Z6III is priced at Rs 2,47,990 (for the body) and is already available in India from Nikon outlets. Some other options at that price include the Canon EOS R6 Mark II and the SONY Alpha 7 IV.
