The next Nothing Phone may launch on March 4

Nothing has announced the launch of a new Nothing Phone in the global markets, including India. The new smartphone is expected to be one of the phones from the much-awaited Nothing Phone (3) series.

Nothing’s next launch event is scheduled for March 4 at 3:30 PM IST. The event will be live-streamed on Nothing’s official YouTube channel. While Nothing hasn’t confirmed anything yet, the brand is expected to launch a successor to the Nothing Phone (2a).

The Nothing Phone (2a), one of the more popular phones from the brand in recent memory, was launched in March 2024. Having said that, Nothing is expected to bring its successor, likely, called the Nothing Phone (3a) around the same time. Let’s look at the phone’s expected specifications, features.

The Nothing Phone (3a) is expected to come with a major camera upgrade.Despite being an ‘a’ series device, the smartphone may feature a telephoto sensor. The device may have a triple-rear camera setup with a main sensor, an ultra-wide unit, and a telephoto sensor. Design-wise, the launch poster of the phone suggests a new back panel design.

The device may feature an improved Glyph interface with some customisation options. The smartphone is expected to come with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset and boot on Android 15 OS out of the box. It’s unclear whether Nothing plans to upgrade the battery of the Nothing Phone (3a).

Apart from this, expect a large AMOLED display with a high refresh rate support and some sort of protection. That’s all we know about the Nothing Phone (3a). Other than the Phone (3a), Nothing may also unveil the Nothing Phone (3a) Plus at the same event.

If you are waiting for the flagship-grade Nothing Phone (3), the successor to the Phone (2), it’s expected to arrive sometime later this year. The device may have a periscope telephoto sensor and a Snapdragon 8 series chipset.
