Microsoft has announced two new laptops under its belt of Surface products. These are the new Microsoft Surface Pro and Surface Laptop. Both these laptops are Copilot+ certified PCs, and come with the new Intel Core Ultra Series-2 processors.
Here’s everything you need to know about the laptops, including what’s new, how much they cost, and what their exact specifications are. Let’s go.
Microsoft Surface Pro 2025
The new Microsoft Surface Pro comes with a 13-inch PixelSense display with an anti-reflective coating. The display is also an OLED panel, and the laptop comes with Intel Core Ultra Series-2 chipsets.
Features include a both tablet and laptop mode, thanks to the Surface Pro Flex Keyboard, facial recognition, and a 40 TOPS NPU. The laptop also comes a 1440p front camera, a 10MP rear camera, Intel Arc graphics, stereo speakers, and dual studio mics.
The Surface Pro can also be configured with up to 32GB LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB removable Gen-4 SSD storage. Pricing for the Microsoft Surface Pro 2025 starts at $1,499.99 (about Rs 1,29,935), and the device will be available for purchase in the US from February 18.
Microsoft Surface Laptop 2025
Microsoft also announced the new Surface Laptop, which comes in two sizes – 13.8-inch and 15-inch. The device sports anti-reflective displays with ultra-thin bezels, Wi-Fi 7, and multiple ports. There also a smart card reader that’s available as an optional addition.
Also powered by the Intel Core Ultra 5 Series-2 chip, the Microsoft Surface Laptop 13.8-inch comes with a 40 TOPS NPU and Intel Arc Graphics. The 15-inch model comes with an Intel Core Ultra 7 and a 48 TOPS NPU. Both can be configured with up to 32GB LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB removable SSD storage.
