Lenovo LOQ laptops come to India, powered by Intel’s ARC GPUs

Lenovo recently launched its new updated LOQ laptops in India powered by the latest Intel 14th-Gen chipsets. The laptops, targeted at casual and semi-pro gamers, come with a lot of interesting features, including Intel’s own ARC GPUs. Here’s a look at the new laptops and what they offer.

Lenovo LOQ gaming laptop: What’s new

The Lenovo LOQ laptop sports a 15.6-inch LCD panel with 300nits brightness and 100 per cent sRGB coverage. The laptop also comes in both a 144Hz refresh rate variant, which features FHD resolution, and a 165Hz refresh rate variant, which comes with WQHD resolution.

Powering the Lenovo LOQ is the 14th-Gen Intel Core i7 14700HX, but you can also get the laptop with an i5 12450HX, i5 13450HX and i713650HX processor. The laptop also features up to 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD storage.

Depending on what variant you get, the Lenovo LOQ laptop will sport either an Intel ARC A530M 4GB laptop GPU, or an Nvidia RTX-series GPU, which again could be an RTX 3050, RTX 4050 or the RTX 4060 on the top-model. Other features in

All variants of the Lenovo LOQ also feature a 60WHr battery, Hyperchamber cooling tech and a dedicated AI chip with Military Grade certification for durability. While the RTX-powered variants get a four-zone RGB backlit keyboard, the Intel ARC-powered variant gets a regular white backlight.

The Intel ARC variant also gets an HD resolution webcam, while all other variants get a better FHD webcam, which is more ideal for applications like video conferencing.

The Lenovo LOQ laptop series starts at Rs 59,990 and is now available for purchase with leading retailers and from the Lenovo website. This price makes it puts the laptop among the most affordable gaming laptops you can get your hands in India right now, but do remember that the higher-end variants with RTX GPUs will cost a lot more.

At this starting price, you can also consider other options like the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 or the HP Victus 15.
