Lenovo’s Legion Go is one of the many handheld consoles that have popped up over the past year, rivalling entries like the Valve Steam Deck or the Asus ROG Ally. The Legion Go comes with some powerful specifications for taking your favourite handheld games with you when on the go.
Here’s all you need to know about the Legion Go including price, specifications and features.
Lenovo Legion Go: Features and specifications
The Lenovo Legion Go is a Windows-based handheld console, which means it runs a full-fledged version of Windows just like most laptops, and will support many popular PC games.

The Legion Go sports an 8.8-inch QHD+ resolution with 144Hz refresh rate for smooth gaming. This panel also comes with 500 nits peak brightness and 97 per cent DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage.
The console also comes with detachable controllers on either side, similar to those of the Nintendo Switch. This gives it an edge over other handhelds, because gamers can simply take the controllers apart and leave the main display on a desk.
The controllers also use Hall Effect tech, making them immune to wear-and-tear related issues like stick drift. They also feature their own batteries and can be detached with a simple button press.
The Lenovo Legion Go is powered by the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme APU, which is a CPU that can clock 5.1GHz, along with an integrated 12-core GPU based on AMD’s RDNA 3 architecture. The device also comes with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, as well as 512GB SSD storage.
The gaming console also features multiple gaming modes, including a quiet mode that reduces performance for maximum battery life, or the full-fledged performance mode that requires the Legion Go to be connected to the wall socket like most gaming laptops.
The Lenovo Legion Go is priced at Rs 89,990, and will be available with leading retailers in India from July 1. The Asus ROG Ally is another good option in this segment, which cost less but miss out on the detachable controllers
