Black Myth: Wukong fans now have a themed GaN charger, thanks to Lenovo

Black Myth: Wukong needs no introduction; the third-person action title has quickly risen to Steam popularity, becoming one of its most played games of all times. Now, Lenovo has a new accessory that celebrates the success of the game.

Under the brand’s gaming-specific Legion wing, Lenovo has announced the Lenovo Legion C170 Gallium Nitride charger. Here’s all you need to know about it.

Lenovo Legion C170 Black Myth: Wukong edition

The Lenovo Legion C170 GaN charger comes with a rather large, rectangular design. The body sports mural designs inspired from the game, including a golden ‘Y’ shaped logo (which you’d associated with the Legion series). There is some Legion branding too on the side.

The charger comes with a single USB-C port, which is a little disappointing. This is because despite the high charging rating, you will not be able to utilise the power of this charger with two or more devices at a time, say, to charge your laptop and a smartphone.

The charger comes with its own Type-C to Lenovo C-Slim port cable, dubbed the “superpower cable” but it can also be used with a multitude of other devices with any Type-C to Type-C cable. To this end, the charger also supports various fast charging protocols like USB PD 3.0, Qualcomm’s QuickCharge 3.0 and PPS charging too.

The Lenovo Legion C170 charging adapter is priced at CNY 299 (about Rs 3,500) and will only be available in China for now. As is typically the case with these novelty products, global availability is still up the air, leaving importing from China as the only option for now.
