How to setup an Android Wear watch with your phone

Most budget-friendly smartwatches run on RTOS, which stands for Realtime Operating System. On the other hand, some watch brands, like Noise and Amazfit, also use their in-house operating systems, such as NoiseFit OS and Zepp OS. Such operating systems offer basic functionality that focuses on fitness tracking and longer battery life, and at the same time, they are cheaper to develop and license.

This also, in turn, helps keep the price of the smartwatch low. However, the app ecosystem for such watches is usually limited or non-existent as compared to WearOS (on Android smartwatches) or watchOS (on Apple smartwatches).
