Dyson Supersonic Nural introduced with attachment learning and scalp protection mode

Technology has made almost everything accessible, but of course, nothing comes close to getting a salon finish for your hair. Dyson’s newest addition within the hair care and grooming segment is likely to give you that with its smart sensors and attachments.

Christened Dyson Supersonic Nural, the next-gen hair dryer was recently announced by the brand and is expected to roll out across markets in the upcoming months. If you have your eyes glued for an upgrade, here’s what you need to know about it.

Dyson Supersonic Nural: Key features to look out for

Dyson has labelled the Supersonic Nural as its ‘most intelligent hair dryer‘ yet. It comes equipped with the ability to manage the heat with its Scalp Protect Mode, which uses a network of sensors to divert the heat flow.

This is especially useful for the times the appliance comes too close to your skin. The hair dryer effectively uses a capsule illumination system to indicate if it is safe to use the device based on its temperature.

The brand has also added features like Attachment Learning and Pause Detect to further minimise heat damage and enhance the overall styling experience. The Attachment Learning mode memorises a user’s preferences and recalls the last-known settings for a more seamless experience. Pause Detect, on the other hand, will deactivate the heater and decrease the airflow if the appliance is kept aside and idle.

The Dyson Supersonic Nural also comes with five smart attachment options; these include the Gentle Air and the Flyaway Smoother, among others, which are tailored for all hair types.

Dyson Supersonic Nural: Pricing and availability

The Dyson Supersonic Nural will be available in two colour options – Ceramic Patina and Vinca Blue. While the hair dryer is currently available for a select few global markets, Dyson is yet to reveal the price range for its Indian users.

That said, owing to its features and technology, the appliance could come with a premium price tag; don’t forget to revisit this space for more information.
