CES 2023: boAt showcases next-gen audio products

The line-up is particularly exciting, having been developed in collaboration with tech brands like DIRAC, Dolby, CEVA and Mimi. If you’re an audio lover and looking to make your next purchase for a pair of in-ear or on-the-ear headphones, check this list out.

boAt has partnered with Dirac to develop the Rockerz 330/333, which offers HD audio through a Crystal Bionic Sound system powered by Dirac Opteo, as well as active noise cancellation. In addition to the same, the two brands have also three product launches lined up for 2023 – namely, the Rockerz Apex, the Nirvana Nebula, and Airdopes Synth TWS earbuds – all of which will feature Dirac’s Virtuo-powered Spatial Audio.

A collaboration with Mimi results in the development of the Nirvana 525 neckband. It features active nosie cancellation, as well as personalised audio tuning powered by Mimi. The same can be done via boAt’s hearables app, through which users can perform hearing tests and create customised equaliser profiles for a more personalised, immersive audio experience.

In collaboration with CEVA, boAt has developed the Nirvania Eutopia. These headphones are the first offering from boAt which will offer head tracking capabilities, as well as spatial audio capabilities. CEVA Spatial Audio is powered by VisiSonics and includes CEVA MotionEngine head-tracking technology which enables users to enjoy a 3D simulated space that offers both, great depth as well as direction, allowing for a richer, more immersive audio experience.

Lastly, boAt has also developed a neckband powered by Dolby Atmos, more details of which are currently awaited. Launch dates of the products in the Indian market and their prices remain unknown as of now. Keep watching this space for more updates.
