BoAt Lunar Oasis is the company’s latest offering with a DIY watch face studio

Home-grown brand BoAt recently announced the newest addition to its smartwatch lineup — the BoAt Lunar Oasis — which brings features such as animated watch faces and Map My India navigation within a budget. Read on to know more. 

BoAt Lunar Oasis: Key features to look out for

The BoAt Lunar Oasis smartwatch comes with a 1.43-inch Ultra AMOLED display with an always-on feature. This time around, BoAt has integrated a dynamic UI for users for fluid, detailed visuals and transitions. The watch also comes with a DIY watch face studio, which supports animated watch faces, live backgrounds and customisable themes.

The BoAt Lunar Oasis gets a premium build with a metal facade along with a functional crown. BoAt has equipped the smartwatch with a custom-made Hi-Tech SIFLI chipset in combination with the XI processor. The brand claims this supports advanced graphics, improved battery life as well as overall performance of the smartwatch. The smartwatch also facilitates Bluetooth calling and connectivity for communication on the go.

Apart from this, users can benefit from the turn-by-turn navigation and GPS powered by MapMyIndia. The brand mentions how the feature is especially beneficial for hikes, trails or even while casually exploring a city.

On the Health and Fitness front, the BoAt Lunar Oasis continuously tracks your health with its high-precision sensors; these include heart rate, sleep, SpO2, and stress levels. Apart from these, BoAt has also thrown in features like Fitness Buddies, Wellness Crew, Custom Run plans, along with 700 other active modes to choose from based on your workout. Users can access all their fitness data using BoAt’s Crest smartphone app.

Lastly, the smartwatch comes with an IP68-rated exterior which the brand claims can withstand gym time, light showers and occasional splashes. It also comes with up to seven days of battery life, or up to three days, with frequent Bluetooth calling.

The BoAt Lunar Oasis is priced at Rs 3,299 and users can choose between Olive Green, Magnetic Silicone, Active Black Silicone, and Black Metal watcb straps. The smartwatch is now available for purchase on the brand’s official website and can also be found across various e-commerce platforms.
