Apple is known for not regularly posting a lot of content on its social media handles, including its YouTube channel. Unless there is a major event like new smartphones being launched, the brand will seldom push out a new video. However, things may have been getting confusing for viewers around summer every year, where any Apple launches would coincide with its annual developer conference – WWDC.
Major highlights from WWDC, including the event keynote are streamed on the Apple channel too, but now, Apple has decided to give its dev-audience their own channel. A new channel called ‘Apple Developer’ will now be the company’s second handle on YouTube and will focus only on developer-specific events (like WWDC 2024) and content.

Apple Developer channel on YouTube: What to expect?
The new Apple Developer channel is unlikely to have any videos on Apple’s hardware products directly. However, one can expect a lot of developer-related content, including not just streams from WWDC, but also new updates on upcoming versions of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, visionOS.
