One of the world’s most popular instant messaging apps, WhatsApp, is known to periodically update its list of supported iPhones and Android devices. This is done to remove support for older, often obsolete phones so developers can focus their efforts and resources on newer phones. Now, WhatsApp has revealed a new batch of devices that the app will stop supporting soon.
The list includes many popular phones including the original iPhone SE, all the Samsung Galaxy S4-series devices, and more. Here are all the details you need to know.

The phones mentioned above will soon stop supporting WhatsApp. Also note that while this list only includes some mainstream, popular phones from the time, the app is also likely to stop working on a number of other Android phones that run on Android 4 or older versions.
Users with these phones must upgrade to newer smartphones to continue using WhatsApp. It is important to keep in mind that a number of other messaging services and social media apps like Instagram may also soon stop support for these older phones (if they haven’t already), so it is a good time to upgrade to a newer phone anyway.
