The Sony PlayStation is arguably the best gaming console you can get your hands on right now. However, a new offer from Apple makes the console even better, particularly if you’re not already an Apple TV+ subscriber.
Apple is handing out a free three-month trial for Apple TV+ for Sony PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 users. The offer will allow PS5 and PS4 users to access the wide range of original Apple TV+ content, from shows like Dark Matter and Ted Lasso, to movies like Argylle, Napoleon and Killers of the Flower Moon.

Free Apple TV+ on PlayStation: Who is eligible?
The offer is available for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 users who do not have an active Apple TV+ subscription. This means you can avail the first three months of subscription for free, if you’ve either never used Apple TV+ before, or have used it in the past, but are not subscribed to any of its plans right now.

Free Apple TV+ on PlayStation: How to get the free trial
Begin by installing the Apple TV app on your Sony PS5 or Sony PS4. On the PlayStation 5, this will be on the Media Tab, while on the PlayStation 4, you should find it under the TV and Video section.
Launch the app, and provided you’re eligible for the offer, you should automatically see a pop-up for a three-month free Apple TV+ trial. Click on the blue ‘Subscribe’ button, and follow on-screen instructions to complete the set up.

Do note that after your three months are up, Apple will automatically charge you Rs 99 per month for the app, unless you choose to opt out of the subscription.
Another thing to note is that while you can redeem the trial only on a PlayStation 5, you can then use the Apple TV+ subscription on any of your devices, including your iPhone, a tablet, or even your laptop.
