How to update your Samsung Galaxy phone to One UI 7 beta

Before you go ahead, you might want to make sure your Galaxy device is enrolled in the beta program. Do note that you will not be able to enroll in the program if it fills up, so try and do this as soon as possible. You can follow the below-mentioned steps to get your phone updated. Read on:

Step 1: On your Samsung Galaxy phone, go to the Members app. Download it, if needed.

Step 2: In the top carousel, scroll right until you reach the One UI Beta Program tile. Click Join Now

Step 3: Navigate to your device’s Settings menu

Step 4: Within this, you should be able to see Software Updates; tap on it

Step 5: If eligible, you should be able to see a One UI 7.0 beta update visible under this tab

Step 6: Tap on install and wait for your device to reboot with the changes

It is crucial to ensure your device has enough battery and storage space to carry out the update. It is also important to note that since this is a beta update, your phone may be prone to glitches or lags, with no option to roll back.

The company may soon bring in a stable update for eligible smartphones; however, we might just have to wait a little longer for an official update from Samsung. For more news, you can always come back to Unboxed by Croma.
