Those in the market for a new speaker or soundbar often have to worry about the gadget sticking out like a sore thumb in their living space. But Samsung is all set to change that with the Samsung Music Frame — a wireless speaker that looks like a traditional photo frame on your wall. Like Samsung’s Frame TV, the speaker will also be able to display your favourite media and art when not in use. Intrigued? Here’s everything that you need to know.
Samsung Music Frame: What's there to know?
For starters, the Samsung Music Frame comes with Dolby Atmos support for an immersive experience. The brand further adds how the speaker is built to give the user a three-dimensional audial experience. This feature delivers ‘life-like’ sound quality and makes it suitable for both music as well as content streaming needs. Samsung also mentions how the speaker maintains consistent audio quality and does not lend uneven sound distribution.

Samsung has further added an adaptive audio technology which ensures the speaker adapts content in real-time. This means if you switch from a song to a football match, Samsung Music Frame will make the switch a breeze for you. In addition to this, the speaker gets the SpaceFit Sound Pro technology, which can analyse the acoustics of a room and adjust the sound output accordingly.
Users can also install the Samsung SmartThings app to customise the sound using an equaliser or set up their favourite media as a display.
Oh and in case we forgot to mention it, the Samsung Music Frame also supports built-in voice assistants such as Alexa and Google Assistant. One can simply speak commands to play, pause, or skip tracks, as well as adjust the volume without manual intervention.
Samsung Music Frame: Price and availability
The Samsung Music Frame is priced at Rs 23,990. The speaker can be purchased via Samsung’s official website and will gradually be made available across major e-commerce portals. With brands like LG and Samsung tapping into lifestyle televisions and audio products, it looks like it may get significantly simpler to reduce clutter and replicate an art gallery within a home or living space.
