Samsung has officially launched the all-new Galaxy S25 series in India. The Samsung Galaxy S25 series comprises three devices dubbed the Galaxy S25, the Galaxy S25+, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The trio comes with an improved design, new hardware, and a bunch of AI features, including the new Circle to Search for video. Let’s look at the series’ specifications, features, price, and availability.
Samsung Galaxy S25 specifications and features
Samsung Galaxy S25 is the base model in the series with a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with an FHD+ resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate support. There’s an in-display fingerprint scanner for added security.
The device features a triple-rear camera system on the rear with a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 10MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom. The device comes with Samsung’s next-gen ProVisual Engine for cameras. Upfront, it has a 12MP single selfie snapper.

Powering the device is a custom Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. It packs a 4,000mAh battery with 25W wired and 15W wireless fast charging support.
The device boots on Android 15-based OneUI 7 out of the box. Samsung is giving seven years of OS and security updates. What’s more, there is a new set of Galaxy AI features, such as Circle to Search for videos and songs, with the device. Furthermore, Galaxy S25 users can press and hold the power button to summon Gemini. Users also get six months of Gemini Advanced and up to 2 TB of cloud storage for free.
The device also comes with Samsung’s Personal Data Engine, which is an on-device feature that understands user information and feedback to deliver the relevant results. It keeps the information in what Samsung calls the knowledge graph. Lastly, the device also has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
Samsung Galaxy S25+ specifications and features
Coming to the mid variant, the Samsung Galaxy S25+ has the same design as the vanilla S25, but boasts a larger footprint. It sports a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a QHD+ resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate support. There’s an in-display fingerprint scanner for added security.
As for the cameras, the smartphone is equipped with a triple rear camera system that’s led by a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 10MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom. The rear camera is capable of shooting 8K videos.
The smartphone is powered by the same custom Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset that’s coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. It houses a larger 4,900mAh battery with 45W wired and 15W wireless fast charging support.
The device runs Android 15-based OneUI 7 out of the box. The Galaxy S25+ also gets seven years of OS and security updates. Like the base S25, the Galaxy S25+ has new Galaxy AI features, like Circle to Search for videos and songs. The device also has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
The smartphone also comes with the Personal Data Engine feature, paired with Knox protection. It has 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and GPS as connectivity options. The device gets six months of Gemini Advanced and up to 2 TB of cloud storage for free.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra specifications and features
The Galaxy S25 Ultra ditches the sharp corners for rounded ones, making the phone’s design streamlined. The device has a titanium frame, offering a strong build.
It has the largest display of all, i.e., a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a QHD+ resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate support. It has the new Corning Gorilla Armor 2 protection. It also boasts an in-display fingerprint scanner for added security.
The smartphone is equipped with a quad-rear camera system with a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP 5x telephoto sensor, a 10MP 3x telephoto sensor, and a 50MP ultra-wide sensor. The Galaxy S25 Ultra can even shoot Log footage. It also has 10-bit HDR video support.

The device draws power from the custom Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. It houses a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired and 15W wireless fast charging support.
The smartphone boots on Android 15-based OneUI 7 out of the box. Samsung is giving seven years of OS and security support with the Galaxy S25 Ultra. It also ships with the new Galaxy AI suite.
The device also has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. It also comes with an S-Pen stylus for enhancing your productivity.
Apart from this, the S25 Ultra also gets the Personal Data Engine, six months of free Gemini Advanced, and up to 2 TB of cloud storage at no extra cost.
