Samsung’s Galaxy S25 series brought some new design elements and AI features to the brand’s premium smartphone lineup for 2025. However, Samsung doesn’t just have flagships in the pipeline. Now, the brand has launched a new affordable device in the form of the new Samsung Galaxy F06.

Samsung Galaxy F06 5G: What’s new?
The Samsung Galaxy F06 5G comes with a 17.13cm display, which is an HD+ (720p) LCD panel with 60Hz refresh rate. The phone comes with a bar form factor and a waterdrop notch on the front.

The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, coupled with support for 12 5G bands in India. There’s also a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging for long lasting battery life as well as quick charging.
Coming to the cameras the Samsung Galaxy F06 5G will come with a 50MP main camera and a 2MP secondary camera. There’s also an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
On launch, the Samsung Galaxy F06 5G will come Android 14-based One UI 6. The phone will also get four generations of Android updates and four years of security patches.
Samsung has priced the Galaxy F06 5G at Rs 9,499 for the 4GB RAM/128GB storage variant, and Rs 10,999 for the 6GB RAM/128GB storage variant. Both variants will also be available in Bahama Blue and Lit Violet colours, and Samsung will begin selling the phone from February 20.
Some other alternatives to the Samsung Galaxy F06 5G include the Vivo Y28e 5G and the Redmi 14C 5G, both of which are also available with similar specifications and at similar price points.
