The Samsung Galaxy A16 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, while the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G utilises the Dimensity 6100+ processor. Both chipsets offer comparable performance for everyday tasks and basic gaming. Storage options are similar, with both devices offering 128GB and 256GB variants, expandable via a hybrid SIM slot. Both Samsung phones pack a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging.

On the software front, both phones run Android 14 with Samsung’s One UI 6.0, providing a clean and feature-rich user experience.
