Xiaomi has taken wraps off the Redmi Note 14 series in India, which comprises of three models – Redmi Note 14 Pro+, Note 14 Pro, and the Redmi Note 14. Some of the highlights of the series include a 120Hz high refresh rate display, larger battery, and other competitive specs. Let’s take a deeper look at all the three new Redmi phones.
Redmi Note 14 specifications and features
The Redmi Note 14 is the base variant in the series with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, featuring a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It boasts a dual-rear camera system on the back with a 50MP main lens and 2MP macro sensor. The main lens has optical image stabilisation for a smooth footage. There’s a 16MP selfie camera on the front.
Powering the device is a MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra chipset paired with a base 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It packs a 5,110mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging support. The smartphone runs HyperOS, which comes with added features like customisable lock screen and more.

The device has dual-SIM 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, and GPS support. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. The device also has an IR blaster and boasts a stereo speaker setup.
Redmi Note 14 Pro, Note 14 Pro+ specifications and features
The Redmi Note 14 Pro features a vegan leather back, whereas the Note 14 Pro+ sports a premium-looking dual-tone back, depending on the colour option you choose.
The duo has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and support for 68 billion colours. The panel also has 1920Hz PWM dimming support. Both models have a better Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
As for the cameras, the Note 14 Pro is equipped with triple-camera system with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main lens with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor.
The Note 14 Pro+ also gets a triple-rear camera system, but with dedicated telephoto lens. It has setup with a 50MP OIS main lens, a 50MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide lens.
The Redmi Note Pro+ gets a slew of AI features for the camera, which includes AI Image Expansion, AI Erase Pro, and AI SmartClip, and others.
There’s a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra chipset inside the Note 14 Pro, whereas, the Note 14 Pro+ is powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset. The Note 13 Pro+ has up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The Note 14 Pro has 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.
In terms of the battery, the Note 14 Pro houses a 5,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging support, while the Pro+ model gets the largest battery and fastest charging speeds, i.e., 6,200mAh + 90W fast charging.

Apart from this, the Pro series has dual-SIM 5G, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.4 support. Both have an in-display fingerprint scanner for security. The series boots on HyperOS. The series has IP66, IP68, and IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
Redmi Note 14 series price and availability
The Redmi Note 14 is priced at Rs 17,999 for 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant costs Rs 18,999. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant is priced at Rs 20,999. It comes in TitanBlack, Mystique White, and Phantom Purple. It will be available for purchase from December 13.
The Redmi Note 14 Pro starts at Rs 23,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant costs Rs 25,999. These prices are inclusive of bank discounts. It will be available in the online and offline markets from December 13 in Ivy Green, Titan Black, and Phantom Purple shades.
The Note 14 Pro+ starts at Rs 29,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB variant. The 8GB RAM and 256GB variant costs Rs 31,999. These prices are inclusive of bank discounts. The top-most variant with 12GB RAM and 512GB variant costs Rs 34,999. It will be available in the online and offline markets from December 13 in Spectre Blue, Phantom Purple, and Titan Black.
While the Note 14 series looks great, you can also consider some of its alternatives in the same range, like the OnePlus Nord CE 4 and Nothing Phone 2a Plus, before making your purchase decision.
Other products
Apart from the phones, Xiaomi also launched the Redmi Buds 6, which comes at a special launch price of at Rs 2,799. The earbuds will be available for that special price from December 13 to December 19.
The TWS earbuds come with dual drivers and feature a quad microphone setup. The earbuds have a noise cancellation mode for a quiet listening experience. The earbuds come in charging cast that has an LED light to notify you about the battery life. The earbuds offer up to 42 hours of playback.
Xiaomi also unveiled a new speaker dubbed Xiaomi Sound Outdoor, which will be available from December 13 for Rs 3,499. The Bluetooth speaker has a loud 30W output and comes with a subwoofer boost feature. Xiaomi says that the speaker can offer up to 12 hours of music playback. It also has IP67 rating for dust and water resistance.

Lastly, the company launched the new Xiaomi Ultra Slim Powerbank for Rs 1,799. It has 4,900mAh capacity has just 10mm of thickness. It has a Type-C port and features 18W input and 20W output. The power bank comes with 12 layers of protection.
