The biggest and boldest phone in Realme’s P3 lineup has landed on Indian shores. Dubbed the Realme P3 Ultra 5G, the phone joins the vanilla Realme P3 5G, P3X 5G, and P3 Pro 5G. It attempts to shake up the cutthroat mid-range smartphone segment with the powerful MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultra SoC, the largest vapour chamber cooling system in the segment, and a quad-curved AMOLED display.
At its launch price, it directly competes against popular phones such as the OnePlus Nord 4 and the newly launched Nothing Phone (3a). Let’s delve into everything you should know about Realme’s latest mid-ranger.

The Realme P3 Ultra houses a massive 6.78-inch quad-curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The display touches a peak brightness of 1,500 nits and is HDR10+ certified, which makes it an enticing choice for streaming on the go. The phone has a glow-in-the-dark design which the company has named ‘Glowing Lunar’.
It is the world’s first smartphone to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultra SoC. This is paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. In contrast, the Nothing Phone (3a) only comes with slower UFS 2.2 storage at a similar price. With a massive 6050mm2 AeroSpace Vapour Chamber cooling system, it is a solid choice for gamers. It also supports 90FPS BGMI gameplay.

As for software, the phone gets Realme UI 6.0 with Android 15 out of the box.
Other features include IP68+69 dust and water resistance, a dual camera setup with a 50 MP Sony IMX896 primary camera and an 8 MP ultrawide shooter, and 4K video recording support. For more news about the latest launches, stay tuned to Unboxed by Croma.
