Realme GT 6T launched with premium looks, competitive features

After a two-year hiatus, Realme has unveiled a GT-series smartphone in India. Called the Realme GT 6T, it retains the USP of the series – premium experience at a competitive price.

The premium experience starts with the design, which Realme calls nano mirror. The back panel gets a matte anodized texture along with metal mirror finish. There are two colours to choose from – Fluid Silver and Razor Green.

Aiding the look of the phone is the slim form with 8.65mm of thickness and weighing at 191 grams. This is particularly impressive since there’s a fairly large 5,500mAh battery under the hood. For those wondering, the large battery can be quickly charged thanks to the support for 120W SuperVOOC charging.

Another highlight of the phone is the chipset powering it. This Realme phone is among the first in the country to be powered by a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip. To add some context, it is said to offer 15 per cent increase in CPU performance and 45 per cent increase in GPU performance when compared to phones powered by the previous Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chip.

The 6.78-inch display offers 2780 x 1264 pixels resolution, a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, which will result in smoother visuals, and up to 6,000 nits of peak brightness.
