Less than a month after unveiling the Realme GT 6T in India, the brand has taken the wraps off another top-end smartphone in its GT series — the Realme GT 6.
With an eye-catching design and powerful features, the phone is striving to make its mark as an affordable premium addition to the series. Wondering if the Realme GT 6 is the smartphone for you? Read on to find out.
Realme GT 6 key features and specifications
The Realme GT 6 comes with a stunning, 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display and 6,000 nits of peak brightness. The display is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
For users seeking fluid visuals, the device gets a 120Hz refresh rate as well. It flaunts a nano-mirror glass design that adds a mirror-like texture to the back panel and contributes to its premium finish.
Under the hood is an octa-core Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, and the phone is available in three variants – 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage, 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage and 16GB RAM + 512GB internal storage.

On the photography front, the Realme GT 6 gets a triple camera setup at the back with a 50MP primary camera. It also gets a Sony LYT-808 sensor along with OIS.
Apart from this, you also get a 50MP telephoto camera with a Samsung JN5 sensor and an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens. On the front, the Realme GT 6 gets a 32MP selfie camera with a Sony IMX615 sensor.
The latest smartphone runs on Android 14-based Realme UI 5, and the company has thrown in an AI Smart Loop feature. It helps identify selected content on the screen, or even content that is dragged onto the screen by the user. This, in return, allows quick sharing to third-party apps and keeps it seamless to save a user’s time. It also gets an AI Smart Removal feature for photos and an AI Night Vision Mode for enthusiasts looking to execute a picture-perfect shot.
Backing up the phone is a 5,500mAh battery capacity, which the brand claims can maintain over 80 per cent battery health over 1,600 charging cycles, spanning over four years of use. When it is time to charge, there’s support for 120W SuperVOOC fast charging, which can juice up the battery up to 50 per cent in only 10 minutes.
Realme GT 6: Price and availability
The Realme smartphone is available in two colourways, including Fluid Silver and Razor Green. The Realme GT 6 is priced starting at Rs 40,999 for the 8GB RAM, 256GB storage variant.
