X-Ray recaps will be accessible from the Details page of a show or in X-Ray section while you are watching something. It can be easily accessed by tapping on your smartphone app or using the play or pause on laptops and TVs.
Essentially, it builds on the existing X-Ray feature that provides additional information about the show or movie like trivia, cast details, soundtrack information, and production insights.
It is worth noting that X-Ray Recaps is still in Beta and is only available on Fire TV devices in the US for now. It will extend to additional devices by the end of the year. To begin with, it will work only on ‘Original Series’ created by the network including Daisy Jones and the Six, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, The Wheel of Time, The Boys, and Upload.
