Poco has launched the all-new Poco X7 series in the Indian smartphone market. The series comprises the more powerful Poco X7 Pro and its toned-down version, the Poco X7. The series comes with a high refresh rate display, a MediaTek chipset, and a large battery. Let’s see the series’ full specifications, features, and price.
Poco X7 Pro specifications and features
The Poco X7 Pro is essentially a rebranded version of the recently announced Redmi Turbo 4, but with a few differences. Starting with the display, the device has a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen with an 1.5K resolution. It has up to 3,200 nits of peak brightness and a Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
Powering the device is a MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra chipset, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. The device also has a 5000mm2 vapor chamber cooling system to keep the temperatures maintained.
The device has a large 6,550mAh carbon-silicon battery with 90W fast charging support. As for the cameras, the device features a dual-rear camera system with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main lens and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. There’s a 20MP camera on the front for selfies.
The smartphone has IP66, IP68, and IP69 certifications for dust and water resistance. It has dual-SIM 5G, Wi-Fi 6, and GPS support. It boots on Android 15-based HyperOS 2, which includes several AI features like AI Notes, AI recorder, AI subtitles, and AI Interpreter. Poco has promised three years of OS updates and four years of security updates.

The Poco X7 is features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, an 1.5K resolution, and a Gorilla Glass 7i protection. There’s a triple-rear camera system here, with a 50MP Sony IMX882 main lens, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. There’s a 20MP selfie snapper.
The device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It houses a 5,110mAh battery with a 45W fast charging support. It runs on an older version of HyperOS, which is why it lacks AI features.

However, the device has passed IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, which is a great feature to have. Apart from this, the connectivity bit is the same as the Poco X7 Pro.
Poco X7 series price and availability
The Poco X7 is priced at Rs 21,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant and Rs 23,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The Poco X7 Pro, on the other hand, costs Rs 27,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant and Rs 29,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant.
In the same price range, you can also check out the Redmi Note 14 Pro and the Redmi Note 14 Pro+. Both phones come with a powerful chipset and a great set of cameras.
