GTA 6 and PlayStation’s marketing deal could be huge
According to prominent industry sources, PlayStation has a “big marketing deal” coming up, and many speculate it is related to Grand Theft Auto 6. GTA 6 Countdown broke this news on X (formerly Twitter). Some key information was also revealed by user ‘Detective Seeds’ on X. Moreover, Sony had also commented on maintaining their partnership with GTA 6’s game studio – Rockstar Games for the PlayStation 5.
Sony and Rockstar Games have previously worked side-by-side on GTA games. The previous GTA games have often had exclusive material or times offers that PlayStation gamers could benefit from.
If the marketing deal goes through, the PS5 platform could have special rewards, special bundles, exclusive offers, and early access material for the highly-awaited GTA 6. The deal could also include full marketing rights for GTA 6 which could greatly benefit Sony, and of course, PlayStation, given the absurd popularity of the upcoming game.
