The Oppo A59 5G comes with a 6.56-inch display with a water-drop dewdrop notch. The LCD panel here comes with a 1612 x 720 resolution HD+ display, 90Hz refresh rate and a max brightness of 720 nits.

The phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 chip, which is paired with up to 4GB RAM and 128GB memory. The device also sports a large 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.
For the camera, the Oppo A59 5G features a 13MP main camera sensor and a 2MP depth sensor on the back. This is accompanied by an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls, that is housed in the phone’s notch. The Oppo A59 5G is also powered by Android 13, with Oppo’s ColorOS skin on top, which comes with a plethora of customisation options.
Oppo A59 5G pricing and availability
The Oppo A59 5G is priced at Rs 14,999 for its single 4GB+128GB storage variant. It will be available both online and offline starting from December 25. While the Oppo A59 5G offers a good mix of specifications under Rs 15,000, buyers can also consider other options like the Redmi 12 5G which comes with more RAM, or the Realme C67 5G which features a more modern punch-hole notch.
