However, Nothing Phone (2) users seem to be next in line, as the brand recently announced an update that is scheduled to be rolled out this week.
Along with bringing in crucial security patches, the Nothing OS 2.5.3 update will also throw in a few improvements; here are all the details you need to know:
Nothing OS 2.5.3: What's new?
Nothing, on X (formerly Twitter), posted about Nothing OS 2.5.3, which will be sized approximately 64.58MB. The update is expected to bring in performance-enhancing changes, along with an April security patch for Android.

The post goes on to mention how users will have the option of applying the Nothing Icon Pack exclusively to the home screen. This addition will make it relatively easier to access the App Drawer.
Apart from this, the enhanced icon arrangement on the home screen will additionally allow users to scroll through pages while simultaneously holding the app icons. The update has also fixed an issue for Nothing Phone (2) users who previously experienced connectivity issues pertaining to the car’s Bluetooth media players.
On the UI front, the update will streamline certain animations and will equip Nothing Phone (2) with smoother transitions. Lastly, Nothing OS 2.5.3 will install important security updates and will improve the camera quality, along with the overall performance, of the phone.
How to install the Nothing OS 2.5.3 update
Phone (2) users can install the Nothing OS 2.5.3 update by navigating to Settings and then scroll to System. Within this, you will find an option titled System Update. Before you tap Install, ensure you have enough storage on your device, along with sufficient battery levels.
