Marshall Minor IV launched in India for rock-and-roll lovers on the move

The Marshall Minor series has brought Marshall’s iconic sound signature to the earbuds form factor for a while. Now the latest in the series is finally available in India. The Marshall Minor IV succeeds the Marshall Minor III and brings better sound quality and battery life. Here’s all you need to know about it.

Marshall Minor IV: What’s new?

The Marshall Minor IV comes with a stem design with a crocodile-leather-like textured design running through the TWS earbuds themselves as well as the case. The design is minimal except for the iconic white Marshall logo on the case as well as the earbuds.

The earbuds offer Marshall’s custom-tuned audio output, which is great if you love listening to classic rock and similar genres. This means if you listen to a lot of Scorpions, AC/DC, Led Zeppelin or Van Halen, these earbuds should offer the perfect blend of high and low frequencies that allow you to enjoy every guitar riff to the fullest.

That’s the same sound signature you can expect from products like the Marshall Kilburn II, but in a compact, portable design that you can carry around. Marshall also claims the Minor IV earbuds have been redesigned for better comfort, along with improved battery life for over 30 hours of playback time including both the earbuds and the case.

For those who want even more battery life, there’s also an in-app battery preservation feature this time around, which is great for those longer marathon sessions.

The Minor IV earbuds come with 12mm dynamic drivers and weigh just 7.3 grams per earbud. Other features here include Bluetooth LE support a USB-C charging case and support for OTA (over-the-air) firmware updates.

The Marshall Minor IV are priced at Rs 11,999 in India, and will be available from June 15.

If you don’t fancy the rock-and-roll sound signature, however, you can also consider other alternatives at that price like the Nothing Ear, which offers more features and a different design, or the Marshall Major IV, which offers the same signature sound for those who prefer on-ear headphones.
