This iPhone 15 Pro is inspired by the Mafia and costs over Rs 6 lakh

It’s been seven months since Apple unveiled its new iPhone 15 series. And we’re still a good five months away from the next iPhone (reportedly being called the iPhone 16) launch.

Now, much as the iPhone 15 is wildly popular, a niggle many have had is that they look largely the same, except in terms of size. Well, if you’re looking to set your iPhone apart from the rest, you’ll have to look a bit far. Dubai-based luxury brand Caviar has launched a series of special edition iPhone 15, which are inspired by the mafia.

iPhone 15 Desperado Mafia Collection: What's new?

Called Desperado Mafia collection of the iPhone 15 Pro, this range from Caviar comes in three different designs – Godfather, Revenge, and Capone. All three of them are based on mafia films and TV series – The Godfather, Peaky Blinders, and The Untouchables. The phones feature black titanium bodies, and gold accents, as well as quotes and symbols engraved on them.

The Godfather model features a quote that says, “It’s not personal, it’s just business,” from the movie of the same name. The Revenge variant, inspired by the famous Netflix series Peaky Blinders features a skull on it, cleaved by a blade, which Caviar says, represents struggle and strength. Next up, there is the Capone model, inspired by the movie The Untouchables, and features a quote that says, “Never stop fighting until the fight is done.”

What’s more, it’s not just the phones that have been redesigned. They also get unique packaging, with the company name and the logo in gold.

Bear in mind that underneath, the phones are still the same as the standard iPhone 15 Pro. This includes the A17 Pro chip with a six-core CPU and a six-core GPU, 8GB RAM, a storage capacity of up to 1TB, a 3,290mAh battery, a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display, and a 48MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 12MP 2x telephoto sensor at the rear.

iPhone 15 Desperado Mafia Collection: Pricing

While the Desperado Mafia edition iPhone 15 Pro models are the same as the standard iPhone 15 Pro mechanically, you may imagine that the premium designs and packaging don’t come cheap. And you’d be right.

Prices for the Desperado Mafia Editions of the iPhone 15 Pro start from $8,060 (approximately Rs 6,75,000) and go up to $10,270 (approximately Rs 8,50,00).

Much as these iPhones aren’t light on the pockets, if you’re looking for one that truly stands out, and money is no object, the Desperado Mafia collection iPhones certainly do the job!
