1. Safe Mode with the Shortcut Key
Step 1: Press the F8 key till the Windows logo appears.
Step 2: Release the key and use the arrows to highlight the Safe Mode.

2. Safe Mode with the System Configuration
Step 1: Press the Win + R to open the Run dialog box.
Step 2: Type msconfig in the box and press Enter.
Step 3: You will get a System Configuration window, where you need to go to the Boot tab and select the Safe Boot option.
