Haier S800QT QLED TVs launched in India with 4K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and more

The Indian TV market is flooded with options today, across price points and several brands. The latest model to enter the market is Haier’s new S800QT series of QLED TVs. Read on to know everything about these new TVs.

Haier S800QT QLED TVs key features, specifications

The Haier S800QT series of QLED TVs are available in 43-inch, 55-inch, as well as 65 and 75-inch variants. The TVs get slim, metallic bezels, which add a premium appeal to them.

The Haier S800QT series of TVs have support for up to 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels) and get MEMC coupled with Dual Line Gate technology as well. What this does, in essence, is allow the TVs to detect the content being viewed and automatically adjust the refresh rate – up to 120Hz. This is especially helpful when watching fast-paced action thrillers on your TV or gaming.

The QLED TVs also get micro-dimming technology, which helps provide rich contrasts and vibrant colours, ensuring you have an immersive viewing experience. Adding to it is support for Dolby Vision. On the audio front, is a 20W front-firing stereo-speaker setup, with support for Dolby Atmos as well.

The S800QT series of QLED TVs get 2GB RAM and 32GB of storage as well, ensuring adequate storage space to store all the apps you’d like on your TV. What’s cool is, the TVs, which come running on the Google TV operating system, also integrate Play Store support as well as the full Google suite of apps, as well as personalised recommendations based on the content you like to watch.

On offer is also hands-free voice control technology, with support for Google Assistant. This allows you to switch channels, increase or decrease the volume of the TV, or search for your favourite movies and TV shows with a quick “OK Google.”

Connectivity options on the TVs include four HDMI ports and two USB ports, in addition to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Haier S800QT QLED TVs pricing and availability

The new Haier S800QT series of QLED TVs are available in a single Grey colour. They are priced at Rs 38,990, Rs 56,990, Rs 79,990 and Rs 1,27,990 for the 43-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch and 75-inch models respectively.

The TVs can be purchased from Haier’s website, as well as from all other major e-commerce portals and partner retail outlets across the country.
