The Google Gemini app can do a lot of things for you. It can answer your queries, prepare an itinerary for your next trip, and solve that complex math problem you are struggling with. However, it can do all this when you are in the app or when your Android phone is unlocked.
Now, Gemini is getting the ability to make calls right from your lock screen, without you having to unlock your Android phone. Sounds good? Read on to find out more about this feature and how you can use it.
Here’s what you need to know about Gemini’s latest upgrade
According to a report from 9to5Google, Google is rolling out a new feature for the Gemini app on Android. The feature lets Gemini make calls and send messages right from the lock screen. This means you do not have to unlock your device to make calls or send messages, making things hands-free and convenient.
It’s worth noting that Google is yet to confirm the feature’s availability, but select Android phones have already received it. To check if your Android phone has received the feature or not, you’ll have to try it. Here’s how you can use Gemini to make calls and send messages from the lock screen.
