Asus Zenbook A14, Vivobook 16 with Snapdragon X chipset launched in India

AI-ready laptops are the new normal, however, they are often pricier due to the built-in NPU. But thanks to the release of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X platform, which is an affordable AI-ready chipset, Copilot+ laptops are set to be affordable.

Called the Asus Zenbook A14 and the Vivobook 16, these are Asus’ first laptops with the standard Snapdragon X chipset in India. Along with the chipset, both laptops also feature a premium build quality, high-resolution display, and a large battery.

Asus Zenbook A14 key features, price

The Asus Zenbook A14 features a premium build quality, with its three-times stronger aluminium alloy frame. It sports a 14-inch Asus Lumina OLED screen with high resolution support. It is powered by Snapdragon X/X Elite chipsets, paired with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage.

Since it’s a Copilot+ PC, it also has an NPU that’s capable of delivering 45 TOPs for AI workloads. As for the battery, the laptop packs a 70Wh battery with support for fast charging. The laptop has a variety of ports, including a USB Type-A port, a USB-C port, and an HDMI port.

The Zenbook A14 with the Snapdragon X chipset costs Rs 99,990, whereas the Snapdragon X Elite model is priced at Rs 1,29,990. It can be purchased from Asus Exclusive Stores and other retail outlets across India.

Asus Vivobook 16 key features, price

The Asus Vivobook 16 is an affordable Copilot+ laptop that features a large 16-inch IPS display with FHD resolution. It is powered by the Snapdragon X chipset, paired with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage. Like the Zenbook A14, it also packs a 45 TOPs NPU for AI tasks.

The laptop runs Windows 11 out of the box, and has all the essential ports, including an HDMI port. The Asus Vivobook 16 is priced at Rs 65,990, and it can be purchased from Asus Exclusive Stores and other retail outlets across India.
